CARE FOR THE CONNECTION

Your pace. Your boundaries.

Meeting people starts with choosing what you share and with whom. Here are Almya’s controls and their limits.

Updated ·

For adults only

Almya is for people aged 18 and over. Registration requires you to provide your age and confirm that you are an adult. This first version does not include documentary age or identity verification.

If you suspect a profile belongs to a minor or impersonates someone, use Report. A profile being present does not mean the person’s identity has been verified.

What other members see

Other members with a visible profile can discover your nickname, introduction, age, city, gender, interests and photos. Voice or video introductions are optional. Your sign-in email is not shown.

Select only the practices, values or beliefs you want to make visible. Give your city without adding your exact address or contact details to your introduction. Your profile is not a place to share identity documents, passwords or banking details.

Blocking, reporting and disconnecting

You can block a profile to stop seeing each other and accessing each other’s content. Manage your blocks in My profile.

You can report a profile, photo, clip or message. Reports go to the administrator for manual review; the reported person is not shown who sent the report. There is no continuous monitoring.

Disconnecting deletes the conversation and its clips for both people. It does not replace reporting a problem you want the administrator to review.

Conversations and data

Chat requires mutual interest. People in a connection can read its messages or play its clips. End-to-end encryption is not provided; the administrator may review content to handle reports and incidents.

In My profile you can edit or hide your profile, download your data and delete your profile. Deletion removes its photos, clips and linked conversations. Reports may be kept without an account reference to manage the service.

Email notifications can be switched off by type. They do not reproduce your messages. The full information provided during registration is available in Privacy and community within Almya.

The rules we share

Share only your own photos and recordings, or content you have permission to share. Minors, impersonation, harassment, threats, hate, scams, nudity and sexually explicit content are not allowed.

Respect beliefs and boundaries. Share spiritual experiences as personal experiences, without pressuring anyone to follow a doctrine. Commercial offers of spiritual services are not allowed.

If you decide to meet, agree on a public place and share the plan with someone you trust. You never have to send money or continue a meeting to prove your interest.
